These terms and conditions apply to you the client being the customer of Castle Finance Direct. They outline various parts of our services provided to you. Please read them carefully and don’t hesitate to contact us if you require further clarification. Castle Finance Direct are licensed credit brokers. The aim of our services is for the required credit, between yourself and or joint applicant and the lenders either directly or through a loan agent, to be arranged. The main purpose of our service is to cater for your loan application requirements through to our loan agents for you to obtain the desired loan amount applied for. In using our services you give Castle Finance Direct your full consent to pass your application data details to third party loan agents with regards to your endeavours to be serviced by an appropriate lending source that will meet your loan requirement, and you agree to cooperate with Castle Finance Directs lending agents lender panel in full toward that end. Your cooperation may include the sending in or the completing and signing of further documentation at the request of the lending agents lender panel before a credit agreement is forthcoming. Your cooperation is required by the lending agents if they ask for proof of income before the loan is granted. All applicants agree that in the process of them applying for a loan and accepting a loan offer a regulated credit agreement will be entered into by the applicant. This applies to all applications received through all affiliates/introducers. If you have a CCJ you may need a guarantor. Non guarantor loans are also offered by our lending agents lenders.  All loans are subject to status and the interest charged for credit will depend on your circumstances.This site funtions as a loan data handling service. It does not offer financial advice on loans or any other products.

Castle Finance Direct accepts loan applications based upon the data criteria outlined by our loan agents. Castle Finance Direct relies upon the full honesty of you the client applying to us using our services on the basis that all application details are correct. By using our services, you must also be aware that your application data details are forwarded to specialist brokers and lending agents who may credit score your application details through a credit reference agency.

All loans are subject to final verification by the lenders and pay-outs are usually very prompt. Any loans that are agreed and completed are between the relevant lenders introduced by Castle Finance Direct and you the client, and as such all agreements and credit agreements shall remain between the two parties.

By using our services, you are accepting that Castle Finance Direct are entitled to receive commissions from lenders or loan agents for introductions. The Representative (Typical) APR is clearly displayed on the front of the Castle Finance Direct website. The example repayment figures advertised and displayed on the website is based upon our Representative (Typical) APR. All repayment figures shown throughout the website are for a illustrative purposes only. The term Est. on our monthly repayment figures is an abbreviation of Estimated monthly repayments based upon our Representative APR, again this is for illustrated purposes only. The representative APR rates may vary depending on previous credit history and the loan providers available. Under Financial Services Distance Marketing Regulations 2004 you have a right to cancel within 14 days of applying. If you wish to cancel your application, you can email Castle Finance Direct notifying us at: It is our hope that you the customer will be delighted with our services and will introduce others to this website. We have 17 years of experience in this field. If you have paid us a broker fee in the past, under section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act you are entitled to a refund of the admin fee minus a £5 admin charge if you do not receive your loan within 6 months of our introduction and these are issued upon request.

Refund Procedure

If you have paid us a fee in the past refunds are applicable under section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act
